When attending large Messianic sponsored conferences, we are able to see our movement in living color. Usually a sense of purposefulness pervades the atmosphere. We have many activists, authors, recording artists etc. In a sense, a newcomer has a memorable photograph of our underlying passion.
We hope the same is true of our newspaper. We strive to be inclusive of our many streams of thought and activity. Our paper is always alert to say we are nonpartisan with a global outlook. Moreover, we genuinely feel a sense of partnership with you our readers, subscribers and donors. We keep searching for ways to make our product more useful and of greater value.
In the last few months, we have sought to modernize our style and format, upgrade our computer software and hardware and energize efforts in public speaking and distribution of our message. We believe we have a good product and a noble cause. Perhaps our paper could be given out in your congregation, home group or bookstore?
Along these lines, we have also revamped our website to make it more informative and interactive. We want it to also be a vehicle for you to express your views and read others. So often, only ministry leaders get to express themselves to an audience. We want it otherwise. After all, we are essentially a layperson’s movement.
We are not trained journalists or theologians. However, we are long on purpose and dedication. There are so many who partner with us and we are grateful for their interest in what we produce. It’s in our hearts to say thank you by giving you our very best effort and product.
As our partner, we want to ask you to consider yet another way to help. The middle section is called “Chutzpah.” All of the stories, prophecies and testimonies of this section are presented with a hope that you will remove it and hand it to a non-believer, who is Jewish. Almost everyone knows at least one Jewish person. The Lord will bring someone to mind or put a hungry soul in your path. Even if only one effort in a thousand bears fruit, wouldn’t it be worth it?
By the way, in our very active prison ministry, we have learned our papers are passed along to fellow inmates quite a lot. This is gratifying. Perhaps, you also might consider passing our paper along to someone else and let them do the discarding, when you are finished reading. We need an army of ambassadors to the Jewish people. In this fullness of time, God’s plan is unfolding.
If you are reading this paper, it is because the Lord Himself has put a burden upon your heart to be integrally connected with the Jewish drama. With every passing day there is reason for growing certainty that “all Israel shall be saved.”
