In previous issues we have
encouraged our readers to
write letters to the editor. It
has always been our intent to
stimulate a free flow of ideas
and opinions, as there doesn’t
seem to be many opportunities
for rank and file adherents
of the Messianic Movement to
have their say about directions
and policies.
We are gratified to see the
interest and response. We hope
it continues. In the future we
might not have sufficient space
for all of the articles we’d like
to publish. Fortunately, we
have upgraded our website,
which will be able to handle an
unlimited volume of letters.
Our new and improved Internet
newspaper will allow more
timely updates and expanded
advertising opportunities.
We also want to pass along
our savings on printing costs
and postage. A year’s Internet
subscription will be available
for $11.99. The first 500 on-line
annual subscriptions are being
offered for a special rate of
$5.99. This will also enhance our
foreign circulation.
The younger generation tends
to read news on-line rather
than actually turning pages of
a newspaper, and our youth
represents our future. However,
the past is also important.
Perhaps some of you are not
aware that we keep newspapers
as an archive service. Please
let us know if you would like
copies of a previous issue or
article by calling our office or
sending us an e-mail.
Well in advance of each issue,
our editorial committee confers
about topics and subjects for
upcoming publications. We
welcome new ideas and invite
you to send them to us for our
consideration. Please be aware
that many suggestions are
made but few are chosen.
The Messianic Times also
offers a volume discount when
ordering a carton of 25 copies
for all six of our bi-monthly
publications. The cost is $75
per year plus shipping. Quite
a few congregations avail
themselves of this savings.
We also provide free copies
for distribution to conference
attendees. Please let us know
if your gathering would like to
offer this to registrants.
We are trying to reach,
stretch and grow. This can
only happen with your help.
We would like to show our
movement in a favorable light
