Beth Ariel welcomes Guest Speaker: Akiva Cohen, PhD

Sunday, July 29 at 11:00am Beth Ariel Messianic Congregation, in Canoga Park, California will host Israeli Messianic believer Dr. Akiva Cohen is the former Dean of the Israel College of the Bible and a well known speaker in the Messianic movement. Worship for this special service will be lead by Deborah Kline-Iantorno.

 

Dr. Cohen is currently developing a post-Army discipleship program called "Matsliakh" (Success), which is a Hebrew acronym for "Young Leaders for the Sake of Israel and Its Society." This program seeks to equip young Israeli believers to defend their faith, develop a believer's worldview, and gain a chronological and integrative understanding of history, science, literature and culture to prepare them for vocational academic study to become cultural influences for the Kingdom!
