Headquartered in Winnipeg, and led by Helio and Stephanie de Lima, the Canada office of Maoz Israel is here to serve you!

A native of Brazil, Helio became a believer age 11, and has been actively involved in evangelism, missions, and training ever since.  After serving as a youth pastor in his home church, he moved to Berlin, Germany in 2009 to become part of the Youth With A Mission (YWAM) staff.  Stephanie was a student volunteer for YWAM in Germany.  After getting married, they left YWAM to focus on ministering in the “red light district” of Berlin, where Stephanie was able to build an incredible relationship with ladies involved (trapped/trafficking) in prostitution.

Helio also served as one of the directors of BURN 24/7 Berlin, a global prayer movement.

In 2014 they moved to Dallas, Texas to study and work at Christ For The Nations Institute.  Stephanie was Assistant to the Hospitality Manager, and Helio was Admission Advisor.  In his last semester, he was also Student Body President.

In July 2016 they moved to Winnipeg, CanadaStephanie’s home city, where they have been serving at their local church, and now as the Directors of Maoz Canada.

“Joining Maoz Israel isn’t an opportunity, it is a privilege!” says Helio. “We want to be God’s sign in our lifetime, catalysts for revival, and devote our lives to bringing the kingdom of God on earth, empowering others to walk in their destiny, co-laboring with Him so that on earth it will be as it is in heaven.”

Helio and Stephanie look forward to meeting with Canadian partners as they work to bless Israel and her people, encouraging and empowering believers as they spread the good news of Yeshua through Maoz Israel Ministries.
