This meeting of Arab Christians and Messianic Jews is rather unique outside of Israel. The fellowship shows that the only true answer to peace between Jews and Arabs is Messiah Yeshua. Over the years, the meeting of 400 - 500 people has brought healing and stronger unity between Messianic Jews and Arab Christians. Also, unbelieving Jews and Arabs who have attended the fellowship have seen a powerful witness of what Messiah Yeshua is doing.
This year’s meeting will be the 26th Anniversary meeting of the fellowship which was started in 1988 by Messianic Rabbi Howard Silverman and Arab Christian Pastor Jamil Fakhoury. Some special activities are planned to celebrate this wonderful milestone. There will be anointed Messianic Jewish and Arab Christian music, joyful Messianic Dance, powerful testimonies by a Messianic Jew (Sally Klein O’Connor) and an Arab Christian, Scripture readings, small group prayer together and fellowship.
Messianic Jews, Arab Christians and lovers of reconciliation between the two are welcome to attend. Also, people are welcome to bring those who are not yet followers of Yeshua but are open to such a meeting. No advance reservations are required. There is no charge to attend, but a love offering will be taken at the meeting to cover the expenses. Childcare will be provided for children up to eight years old. During the middle of the evening, there will be a free oneg consisting of a Middle Eastern, Vegetarian Falafel and drink.
Tikvat Israel Messianic Synagogue located in Lyndhurst, Ohio, is hosting a Messianic Jewish Worship Concert featuring the acclaimed member of the husband-wife duo, Barry and Batya. Your chance to experience their music live, in person will be this Shabbat, Saturday, March 19, 2016, at 10:30 a.m.
With hits like, “On Your Walls O Jerusalem” and “Esa Einai” Barry and Batya Segal are not only one of Israel's leading Messianic recording artists but well-loved and known internationally for their ability to proclaim the Word of God in their music.
Blending rhythmic praise with ethnic overtones and mixing the Hebrew and English languages, the music of Barry and Batya’s albums, such as “Sh'ma Yisrael,” “Day 7” and “Go Through the Gates" will create in you a new and passionate expression of worship towards "The Holy One of Israel.”
But—music isn’t all Barry does. He is a journalist and the host and producer of the television series Roots & Reflections as well as the President and co-founder of Vision for Israel, a non-profit organization at the forefront of what God is doing in Israel and the nations. This ministry was created by the Segals in 1994 out of the desire to help build and restore the Land, and freely provides aid to the poor and needy people, both Jewish and Arab, living in the nation of Israel today through The Joseph Storehouse, an international humanitarian aid center operating in the Judean Hills just outside of Jerusalem.
Barry grew up in the USA and discovered Yeshua (Jesus) when he was a young musician living a colorful lifestyle in Detroit and Cleveland. Returning to Ohio for this special praise and worship event at Tikvat Israel is a full-circle event that you will not want to miss.

The head of a Messianic Jewish ministry doesn't agree with the plan of a district judge to allow four terrorists to go through a "de-radicalization" program.
According to The Star Tribune, U.S. District Judge Michael Davis has ordered four Twin-Cities area men facing federal terrorism charges to participate in a first-of-a-kind de-radicalization program. This will be facilitated under the supervision of Davis and a German expert on Islamic terrorism, who will visit Minnesota next month.
The defendants — who face potentially long prison sentences — have pleaded guilty to federal charges of conspiracy to provide material support to the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant.
Davis says an evaluation by the German scholar would help him understand their motives — and their potential for rehabilitation.

During the latest GOP debate in Austin, Texas, the GOP frontrunner reiterated that he would take a neutral stance in disputes between Israel and the Palestinians.
Olive Tree Ministries Founder and Director Jan Markell, who hosts American Family Radio’s “Understanding the Times” program, believes that evangelicals who support Trump need to re-evaluate their position.
Trump says he would remain neutral on the Israel-Palestinian conflict because ...
He believes it's a non-issue
He can say anything and not lose support
He doesn't understand the ramifications
He doesn't support Israel
He really intends to do so
"This is a bedrock evangelical position — not to be neutral when it comes to the Middle East conflict,” the Christian leader explained. “We have many churches now caving to replacement theology, which says the Church is the new Israel.”
Merkel cannot understand anyone’s argument to equally support Israel and the Palestinians in their longtime dispute.
